“Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. Such an amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend :)”

After choosing second song, they allowed us to set up phone calls to interview DJ's to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up choosing DJ Daniel Cabral. Daniel was attentive and set up multiple meetings with us prior to our wedding to discuss our vision for our wedding day. Everything ran perfectly throughout the entire day. The audio for our ceremony was perfect and the music selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception set the mood for our wedding. We also hired a string trio through second song and they did a beautiful job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception was a party and Daniel made sure people were on the dance floor all night long. We also had my cousin play the trumpet at our reception while Daniel played a song in the background. Daniel mic'd up his trumpet for us and it was such a hit! We also got our Photo Booth through second song and they provided the uplighting at the venue! They are everything you could want from a DJ service and more!! If you are looking for a DJ service, second song is the way to go!!!!”

We worked with The Hook Club on an ambitious two-day wedding, which included them doing live sound for our Friday welcome party, live sound for the music at our ceremony, some deep cut requests, and our desire to not just have "another wedding band." What we got was an incredibly talented, creative, and kind group of people who were ready to make whatever we wanted happen, ready to add ideas and layers, and who then completely blew away our expectations. We're in that era of our lives where we've been to about 100 weddings in the last 10 years, and we can honestly say that no band has even come close to The Hook Club. A year later everyone is still talking about how great our band was. They are true professionals in every sense of the word, and you should seriously consider booking your venue around whether or not THC is available. That's not hyperbole - they were that good.”

“One of the biggest parts of a wedding day is having the memories captured in a way that allows you to be transported back. As someone who worked in a creative field, I was very picky about who would take our photos and in the end went with George Street because of the company's reputation of delivering quality photos with experienced photographers. I'm so glad we made this choice, because during our first look the weather decided to turn to a thunderstorm and it rained 1.5 inches for the next few hours. While this could be a day ruiner, we quickly pivoted and moved everything into our tent and I know that with a less experienced photographer we might not have the incredible photos we do. Josh was easy to work with, made us comfortable and went with the flow when we had ideas about shooting in the rain, getting wet and muddy. The photos we have are incredible and I can feel the exact way I did when we did our private vows, said I do and had our first dance. George Street also impressed me with a quick turnaround and I loved that I could have all of my images with a fee. I have thousands of outtakes and moments to look at for the rest of my life! I'd definitely make the same choice over again.”

“JJ did such a fantastic job at our wedding this June! 3 things really stood out about him! 1) Attentive JJ Really paid attention to what I wanted our wedding day and reception to look like. “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. “We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner!”
